LearnThat.org, run by the nonprofit LearnThat Foundation, provides customized vocabulary and spelling tutoring from a proprietary database of about 180,000 words. Although the site attracted traffic, visitors spent little time on it and bounce rates were high, and the organization lacked the technical resources to improve performance.
After signing up for Cloudflare, static content was automatically cached worldwide with no configuration required, making pages load much faster. The result: page views roughly tripled, bounce rate fell to less than a third, overall visitors more than doubled, and the team could focus on engaging users rather than troubleshooting site speed.
