A Cloudflare Case Study
MyRepublic is a fast-growing TelcoTech platform delivering fibre and broadband services across Singapore, Australia, Indonesia and New Zealand. Managing regional infrastructure was cumbersome and bandwidth-heavy, geo‑based DNS routing (country entry points like myrepublic.net/sg/) was hard to deploy, and reliance on Apache ProxyPass added latency and limited scalability.
By using Cloudflare’s global edge (data centers in 200 cities), Workers, Argo Smart Routing and robust caching, MyRepublic moved content closer to users, simplified DNS and security management, and reduced latency. The rollout saved 76 GB of bandwidth, improved load times by about 31% for 26% of properties, stopped more than 20,000 threats via the WAF, and delivered stronger security controls (HSTS, DNSSEC) and a better customer experience.
