Moneybox is a UK digital wealth manager that helps consumers save, invest and plan for major life goals via a single app. Since launching in 2016 it has grown rapidly—now supporting ~750,000 customers, £2B in assets and about 300 employees—and faced the challenge of providing secure, scalable access to internal applications for a distributed workforce and employees using personal devices, especially after pivoting to remote work during the COVID‑19 pandemic.

Moneybox deployed Cloudflare Zero Trust (Access) with two‑factor authentication and integrated it with Terraform to enforce role‑based, least‑privilege access and automate provisioning. The solution delivered seamless, secure remote logins, consistent policy application at scale, saved engineering time, and freed teams to focus on innovating and bringing new products to their growing customer base.
