Blackmores Group, a leading Australian natural health supplements company founded in the 1930s and selling across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, needed to simplify a fragmented IT environment after consolidating teams. With the BioCeuticals brand already using Cloudflare while the rest of the business used other tools, Head of IT Andrew Grech sought a single, reliable platform to reduce complexity, lower costs, and provide centralized management.

Blackmores standardized on Cloudflare’s suite: Access with SSO and Page Rules for secure, site-level access control; Workers to power the personalized B(more) subscription service and simplify cross-origin integrations; WAF for granular visibility and mitigation; and CDN with Argo for faster page loads. The result was a more secure, centrally managed environment (secure remote access for ~200 users), clearer visibility into attacks and firewall rules, simplified developer processes, and improved performance and response times.
