Rakuten, a mobile digital communications and streaming business with 500+ employees across four sites, needed a phased, COVID-secure return-to-office plan and a hybrid working solution that would control occupancy, enable contact-tracing and centralize office utilization reporting. The solution let employees easily reserve preferred workspaces, provided unified reporting to head office, supported a COVID-19 response plan for tracing and risk mitigation, and restored in-office productivity and wellbeing — a rollout covering 4 sites and 500+ employees that Cloudbooking is now extending to more offices and meeting-room bookings.
