Telefónica Tech needed to sell digital services and subscriptions at scale and to redesign its as-a-service offering for SMEs while launching a new security suite (“Tu Empresa Segura”). To execute this marketplace strategy and digitize the customer journey, Telefónica Tech partnered with CloudBlue, using the CloudBlue platform (including CloudBlue Connect) to build a secure, customizable marketplace and enable a broader ecosystem of third‑party vendors.
CloudBlue delivered a unified marketplace, automated provisioning and billing, vendor onboarding and customizable XaaS bundles, plus integrations that enabled self-service and end-to-end automation. As a result, Telefónica Tech now operates in 12 countries, migrated over 400k Microsoft users from Hosted Exchange to Office 365, expanded its cloud catalog and third‑party offerings, simplified billing to a single invoice, and improved customer experience, sales and share of wallet — all powered by CloudBlue.
