Deep Recognition, a Victoria-based provider of “Recognition as a Service” AI solutions, needed a way to simplify consumption, scalability and the financial experience around its bundled offerings—particularly order-to-fulfillment, virtual deployment and recurring billing. As a result, Deep Recognition cut virtual deployment time from 12 weeks to 10 business days, simplified customer purchasing, enabled entry into healthcare and telecommunications, and increased customer value and retention through easier service composition—all powered by CloudBlue.
