Advania, a Nordic Workplace-as-a-Service provider, was struggling to scale its XaaS offerings because a lack of centralization and manual vendor onboarding slowed product launches and increased operational overhead. To address this, Advania partnered with CloudBlue, leveraging CloudBlue Commerce and Connect to provide a powerful back-end commerce engine and marketplace capabilities to balance tailored customer fits with off‑the‑shelf flexibility.

CloudBlue implemented a 200+ product catalog, automated multi-vendor onboarding, consolidated contracts, billing and invoicing, and a branded self-service portal, centralizing and automating Advania’s sales and fulfillment. As a result, Advania drastically improved retention and growth: 98.5% of top customers now renew, churn fell below 1% over three years, revenue scaled from $1M to $10M in three years, and Advania became the largest Microsoft CSP and Azure reseller in the Nordics — outcomes achieved with CloudBlue’s solutions.
