M&S opts for Office 365 in global productivity drive

Marks & Spencer was looking to modernize its global workforce and improve collaboration across teams, devices, and time zones. Working with Cloud Pro, the retailer chose Microsoft Office 365, along with Office 2016 and OneDrive for Business, to help employees work more flexibly and stay connected wherever they were.

Cloud Pro supported the rollout of Office 365, plus Yammer and Skype for Business Online, enabling real-time document sharing, messaging, and video collaboration. The result was noticeably faster decision-making, better teamwork, and improved productivity, with employees able to access information and work more effectively from stores to back offices.
