The People Piece is a team- and leadership-development firm founded in 2013 that had fragmented work management—Word and Excel files, Google Docs, and Slack channels—making it hard to find information, see who was doing what, and avoid duplication and mistakes. ClickUp helped The People Piece implement a structured system of Spaces, Projects, Lists and Tasks, along with filters, Google Calendar/email integration, custom statuses and layered sorting (due date then priority). By using ClickUp’s templates and clear workflows (e.g., onboarding lists and status chains), the team gained much greater visibility, reduced duplication and errors, and stayed on track to complete projects more consistently and on time—outcomes the team credits directly to ClickUp.
