ICM.S, an award-winning IT consulting firm based in Treviso, Italy, faced stalled client projects and rising costs as its legacy project and knowledge management tools failed to scale. Licensing forced costly full seats for clients and external partners, and consultants spent excessive time on manual updates, redundant emails, calls, and meetings. To address this, ICM.S piloted ClickUp’s all-in-one productivity platform (including ClickUp Docs, Templates, Views, and guest access) as a more flexible, cost-effective alternative.

Following a four-month pilot, ICM.S rolled out ClickUp company-wide—standardizing Spaces/Folders/Lists, using hundreds of Templates, adopting 15+ Views (Board, Gantt) and ClickUp Docs, and leveraging guest access for clients. The result: 200+ employees now use ClickUp, 90% of staff report being satisfied or very satisfied with its flexibility, project management and documentation were consolidated into one platform, client collaboration and ticketing were streamlined, and the firm reduced licensing complexity and manual communication overhead.
