How Gabriel Uses ClickUp to Implement Scrum

ZenPilot, led by ClickUp consultant Gabriel Hoffman, helps agencies transition from waterfall-style workflows to Agile and Scrum. Facing fragmented tools and manual busywork, ZenPilot needed a flexible platform that could support custom sprint structures, backlog grooming, EPIC management, and team-wide collaboration — a need they addressed using the ClickUp platform (Sprints ClickApp, Boards, Docs, Mind Map, Rollup Fields and automations).

Using ClickUp, ZenPilot implemented a reusable Sprint Folder and Sprint Standard template with Backlog, EPICs, Sprint Board and Sprint Doc views, linked tasks and Rollup Fields, and automations to carry over unfinished work. ClickUp made sprints repeatable and fast to deploy (creating a new sprint in under 10 seconds), improved visibility into points and progress, reduced manual overhead, and supported ZenPilot’s work with 1,900+ agencies to streamline Agile operations.
