CEMEX, the global cement and concrete manufacturer, struggled to scale its newly formed CEMEX Content Studio because marketing requests were handled ad hoc (emails and messages), work lived in silos, and their previous tool, Wrike, was costly and underused. To standardize intake and increase visibility for project leads and executives, CEMEX evaluated and adopted ClickUp’s all-in-one productivity platform.

ClickUp migrated CEMEX from Wrike in a week (Migration API) and implemented Forms, Templates, Automations, Relationships, recurring tasks, and Dashboards to centralize requests, enforce templates and dependencies, and surface KPIs. As a result, CEMEX cut time-to-market for assets by 15% in months, reduced task-completion communication from up to 24–36 hours to seconds, reclaimed at least a day per month on recurring social projects, and scaled adoption to 50 marketing team members using ClickUp.
