To standardize intake and increase visibility for project leads and executives, CEMEX evaluated and adopted ClickUp’s all-in-one productivity platform.
ClickUp migrated CEMEX from Wrike in a week (Migration API) and implemented Forms, Templates, Automations, Relationships, recurring tasks, and Dashboards to centralize requests, enforce templates and dependencies, and surface KPIs. As a result, CEMEX cut time-to-market for assets by 15% in months, reduced task-completion communication from up to 24–36 hours to seconds, reclaimed at least a day per month on recurring social projects, and scaled adoption to 50 marketing team members using ClickUp.
