Bluewolf, a global consulting firm, needed a more robust way to run its “State of Salesforce” customer survey as the report grew more complex. Its team was moving beyond a standalone survey tool and spreadsheet-based analysis, and wanted dynamic question types, faster reporting, and easier tracking of partner-driven responses. Bluewolf partnered with ClickTools and used SURVE to power the survey.
ClickTools implemented SURVE for Bluewolf with conditional questions, role-based question groupings, and built-in tracking and reporting. The result was faster data collection and analysis, simpler response management, and easier cross-tab reporting in one place. Bluewolf also improved partner oversight and reduced manual workload, allowing the team to manage a more sophisticated survey more efficiently than in prior years.
