RingCentral is a leading provider of global cloud communications and collaboration solutions, serving over 350,000 businesses and unifying voice, video, messaging and contact center tools for a mobile workforce. Despite strong site traffic, RingCentral faced low conversion rates and lacked a holistic, qualitative view of customer behavior—Adobe Analytics showed what was happening but not why visitors were dropping off.

RingCentral partnered with Clicktale to combine quantitative and qualitative experience analytics, analyzing customers’ digital body language (clicks, hovers, tabs, and drop-offs) to pinpoint friction and high-potential areas. The insights guided site redesigns and tests, streamlined the customer journey, and identified the most engaging elements—an A/B test on a lead form produced a 25% lift in conversion and Clicktale became central to ongoing optimization.
