Using ClickTale Form Analytics (Conversion, Drop and Time reports) the team pinpointed problem fields and long interaction times, then redesigned the page and form—adding an empathetic background, clear UVP and contact info, splitting and simplifying fields into three steps, and improving the submit button and trust elements. The changes raised conversion to 18.36% (+52.6%) and increased monthly donations from €30,000 to €45,780.
