Clicktale partnered with Searchmax BV to help T&E Job Agency diagnose and fix two problematic pages that were causing companies to abandon the staff-order form. Heatmap and form data showed hidden links and CTAs, a top menu that encouraged backward navigation, low engagement time on key form sections, and an unseen “How to work together” link.
Using Clicktale’s mouse-move, click, attention and scroll heatmaps plus form analytics and funnel data, Searchmax redesigned the company page (reorganized menu, added USP summary, two clear CTAs, updated images and a quick search) and simplified the offer form (updated images, removed the “Type of Partnership” field). These changes made navigation and form completion easier and drove a 49% increase in conversions in three months.
