Kitabisa is an Indonesia-based online fundraising platform (founded 2014) that connects donors with causes and has grown to 2.3M users who’ve raised over IDR 721 billion. Despite strong transaction volume, the team faced steep early drop-off—over 50% between install and onboarding—and needed to improve first-time user activation, scale marketing automation, and boost retention and lifetime value.
