Ixigo, India’s travel platform serving more than 6 million customers, wanted to understand why users were uninstalling its app and identify pain points to improve the user experience. To do this, Ixigo used CleverTap’s Clever Campaigns to reach out to users after uninstalls.
CleverTap implemented an automated email survey through its “Tackle app uninstalls” campaign, asking users why they had removed the app. The effort generated a 12.5% response rate, with users sharing helpful feedback that helped Ixigo address key issues and improve its app experience.
