School 4 One is an iPad-based classroom app used by 10,000+ K–12 teachers in New York and New Jersey that streamlines lesson creation, grading, and student tracking. Their goal was to drive regular in-app engagement—reaching 80% of teachers at least twice weekly—but many users were not tech-savvy, leading to low retention and drop-offs during early task flows.

They implemented CleverTap to get a 360-degree, real-time view of teacher behavior, upload events from other data sources, build behavioral segments and funnels, and send targeted push notifications to re-engage inactive users. As a result, School 4 One achieved a 10% increase in conversions for first-time users and lesson posters, discovered 64% of teachers complete a lesson within five minutes, and successfully retargeted 34% of inactive teachers—improving adoption and retention across districts.
