Home Credit Indonesia is a consumer finance provider serving millions of underserved customers with loans for appliances, electronics and other purchases. Using push amplification and OEM-specific pushes (Xiaomi/Huawei) plus dashboards for events and trends, Home Credit improved deliverability and optimized messages—achieving push CTRs 3.5× the industry average (vs. 1.72%) and in-app CTRs of 12% (vs. 11.1% industry).
