Toymail, the startup behind “Talkies” — WiFi-enabled plush toys that let kids send and receive voice messages via the Toymail app — needed a better way to manage rapid user growth. The team struggled to manually segment users to onboard new customers who couldn’t connect their devices, identify power users for feedback, and re-engage dormant adults who weren’t replying to kids’ messages.

By adopting CleverTap, Toymail automated segmentation and multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc.), used analytics to discover adults were less likely to reply, and gathered feedback from super users.
