24me is an award-winning personal assistant app that organizes calendar, to‑dos, notes and accounts for millions of users. Their challenge was improving feature adoption by getting new users to watch an onboarding tutorial: they needed to track users who reached the tutorial page but didn’t view the video, understand in‑app behavior and uninstall triggers, and identify when users were most active.
Using CleverTap, 24me mapped user journeys with Flows, analyzed drop‑offs with Funnels, and created live segments to isolate users who clicked the tutorial but didn’t watch. An inaction email campaign nudged that segment back to the video, driving a 6% increase in tutorial viewership; richer user profiles and timing insights also enabled more targeted messaging and higher engagement.
