By integrating CleverTap, HDFC ERGO implemented real-time segmentation, omnichannel orchestration (push, in‑app, WhatsApp, native displays) and automated customer journeys with drop-off triggers and A/B testing. The solution drove measurable results: a 3% conversion rate for unassisted health insurance sales, up to 2x higher conversions on the Here App, a 10% renewal uplift for private car comprehensive policies and a 3% renewal uplift for health vs. the overall portfolio.
