Apna, founded in 2019 to connect a rising workforce with job opportunities, had grown rapidly as a leading job-seeker platform but needed a scalable, trusted channel to re-engage users beyond push and WhatsApp. The challenge was to activate Email at scale—building infrastructure, protecting domain reputation, managing lists, and delivering highly personalized content to reactivate dormant users and widen reach.

Using CleverTap’s multichannel automation and expert support, Apna built an email channel from scratch with a phased warm-up plan, trigger-based and dynamically personalized campaigns (via Linked Content), list cleaning, domain optimization, and close monitoring of deliverability and engagement.
