Clearwave’s kiosks enabled quicker check-ins, point-of-service payments, real-time eligibility checks, and workflow alerts, delivering measurable results: implemented in 02/2015, kiosks grew from 6 to 11 with 99% patient utilization, average monthly eligibility checks of 35,202, and a 90% reduction in check-in time (from 30–40 minutes to about 2 minutes 30 seconds), while improving collections and reducing claim-related errors.
