Marietta Eye Clinic, a 13-location practice with 32 doctors serving metro-Atlanta, needed to reduce heavy call-center volume and offer patients 24/7 booking access. Clearwave Scheduling migrated a large portion of phone traffic to online self-service, delivering 18,284 online bookings in one year and saving about 1,500 FTE hours (based on a five-minute call estimate). Adoption is high—87% of bookings came from existing patients, 13% from new patients, and 28% occurred after hours—while Clearwave’s customization and ongoing guidance let the clinic expand appointment types, enable same-day slots, and significantly reduce scheduling staff workload.
