THB Group, a London-based (re)insurance broking and risk management firm, needed a cultural shift to break down silos, build a “one‑team” approach, and move away from annual, tick‑box appraisals toward ongoing development to address management skills, succession planning and clearer personal objectives. To do this they chose Clear Review and its performance management technology to enable regular coaching conversations and continuous feedback.
