The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), a 150–200 person professional body, found its paper-based performance management unable to support a wider transformation and employee demand for more frequent development conversations. CIM needed a simple, scalable digital framework to replace admin-heavy annual appraisals and selected Clear Review’s performance coaching system to support regular one-to-ones, real-time feedback and goal alignment.
Clear Review delivered a light, conversation-focused platform that enabled quarterly check-ins, continuous feedback and goal tracking; 77% of CIM people have had a quarterly check-in. Clear Review’s reporting created a KPI dashboard used up to Board level to show conversation frequency, feedback sentiment and goal progress, improving manager–employee relationships, visibility and alignment while replacing the previous paper process.
