Operation Broken Silence (OBS) faced persistent fundraising frustrations and in 2015 switched to Classy to create a more seamless, visually appealing donor experience. Their goal was to simplify giving and increase engagement by rethinking how supporters reached donation options on the website.

OBS linked its main donate button to a Classy donation page and added a drop-down with six giving options—prominently one-time and recurring gifts that lead to custom forms with suggested amounts, digital wallets, and a compelling video, plus alternatives like crypto, stocks, Venmo, and mail-in checks. Since implementing the strategy, OBS has seen a 478% increase in total revenue, a 1,128% jump in recurring donors, an 865% rise in monthly giving revenue, a 549% increase in total supporters, and a $219 average one-time gift.
