A Classy Case Study
The CDC Foundation, which partners with CDC to support public health, adopted Classy in 2018 to modernize its fundraising. When COVID-19 struck, the organization needed a customized donation page immediately and launched a dedicated emergency campaign in under 24 hours.
By duplicating and customizing existing Classy forms—refreshing visuals and crisis language and creating business-specific pages—the team rapidly deployed multiple campaigns. From January 2020 to July 2021 they raised $1,394,352 from 7,240 donors on Classy; the initial COVID campaign brought in $261,000 from 1,500 donors (as of June 2021), and a 2021 India Emergency Response page raised over $86,000.
