GallantFew Uses Classy to Fuel Online Giving With a Strong Donation Page Experience

GallantFew, a veteran-support organization, faced the challenge of building trust, loyalty, and motivation to give online with a compelling donation page experience. Seeking to boost online donations and improve donor retention and engagement, GallantFew moved to Classy—a decision championed by Liz Smith, GallantFew’s development specialist.

Using Classy’s donation pages and Classy Pay (ACH and digital wallets), plus integrations like Double the Donation, Classy for Salesforce, and Classy for Facebook, GallantFew simplified giving, enabled donors to cover fees (92% do), and added features like an activity wall. The results: $80,000 more in online event donations YoY when hosted virtually on Classy in 2021 (with nearly one-third fewer registrants), a $31 average recurring gift (vs. about $25 before Classy), and $7,000 of verified donation matches in 2021.
