A CivicPlus Case Study
The City of Manitou Springs needed to quickly shift from paper-based forms and resident request processes to digital during COVID-19 closures. Using CivicPlus, along with its existing Municipal Website solution, the city sought a more efficient and transparent way to serve residents and staff through online forms and applications.
CivicPlus implemented Process Automation and Digital Services to convert tax and other forms into editable online workflows with automated calculations. The result was easier monthly filing for businesses, fewer errors, and less manual work for the Finance Department, improving the civic experience for both residents and staff.
