CivicPlus deployed CivicEngage with a responsive design, mobile app, customizable permissions and workflow, an easy Form Center, and NotifyMe for news alerts. The result: staff at all technical levels can update content easily, navigation updates happen automatically, and citizens increasingly use the mobile app and online forms — the City reports a tripling of call volume to its citizen resource center while seeing more online submissions and higher public engagement since CivicPlus was implemented.
