Sandy City, UT needed a technology partner to help modernize its resident services and move more department workflows online with flexible, configurable systems. The city wanted to better serve tech-savvy residents, reduce data silos, and improve communication and service access across departments, and it chose CivicPlus, including its Process Automation and Digital Services solution.
CivicPlus implemented an integrated stack with a headless CMS, Municipal Website Evolve, Process Automation and Digital Services, and CivicPlus Pay. The result was a range of online self-service workflows, including passport appointments, business license forms, and a city-wide class portal, helping Sandy City launch services faster during COVID-19 and create more seamless, resident-centric digital experiences.
