Nevada County, CA Uses the Monsido Web Governance Tool to Enforce Best Practice Policies

The County of Nevada, CA, a government website with more than 50 business lines and dozens of content creators, struggled with inconsistent quality assurance, broken links, misspellings, and other content errors as best practices eroded over time. To address these issues, the County turned to CivicPlus Web Accessibility and its partner solution, Acquia Optimize, to help automate reviews and improve website governance.

CivicPlus implemented Acquia Optimize to quickly surface errors, streamline remediation, and support content creators in fixing issues directly. The results were immediate: the first scan uncovered about 1,800 to 1,900 misspellings and at least as many broken links, and the County reported saving hundreds of hours through automated accessibility remediation and faster issue resolution.
