EM, a small rural farming community in Manter, Stanton County, Kansas, faced a fast-moving wildfire that threatened homes, farms, livestock, and neighboring properties. The challenge was to quickly warn residents in time for them to protect their families and businesses as the Badger Hole Fire spread across the area.
