The City of Lindsay needed a modern government website that was easier for residents to use and simpler for staff to maintain. Its old site was outdated, hard to navigate, and made it difficult to keep information current, while the city also wanted a better way to manage and present its code of ordinances and meeting materials. The result was a visually updated, easier-to-navigate experience for residents and a more efficient workflow for staff, who can now update content with little to no technical training. CivicPlus also improved transparency by making agendas, minutes, and ordinances easier to access in one place, creating a frictionless experience for both staff and residents.
