Lebanon, NH needed to consolidate a fragmented set of digital tools into a single integration platform that could improve resident and staff experiences across communications, meetings, and recreation services. The city partnered with CivicPlus, using its Municipal Websites, Mass Notification System, Agenda and Meeting Management, and Recreation Management solutions to replace multiple sign-ins and disconnected processes.
With CivicPlus, Lebanon created one integrated platform for staff and residents to access alerts, board meetings, public records, and recreation services through a single login. The result was less manual administration, more self-service for residents, and more consistent workflows across departments, with CivicPlus also helping the city streamline meeting management and online registrations while reducing password fatigue.
