The county turned to CivicPlus, using the SeeClickFix 311 CRM and citizen request management software alongside Cartegraph to create a more unified spill reporting and response process.
CivicPlus implemented an integrated workflow that routes spill reports, photos, and location data from SeeClickFix into Cartegraph for tracking, work orders, and follow-up. The result was a dramatic improvement in response time—from 24 hours in 2016 to just 15 minutes today, a 196% increase in speed—while also improving reporting, reimbursement tracking, and regional coordination.
