King County Parks, WA Relies on SeeClickFix for Resident-Staff Collaboration

King County Parks, WA manages 28,000 acres of open space, 200 parks, and hundreds of miles of trails, and needed a better way for residents to report safety and quality-of-life issues like downed trees and storm damage. The county also lacked an online map of its parks, making it hard for residents to know whether an issue fell within King County’s jurisdiction. CivicPlus’ SeeClickFix 311 CRM was used to improve resident-staff collaboration.

CivicPlus implemented SeeClickFix 311 CRM to give residents and staff a geolocated, trackable way to submit, follow, and manage service requests. The result was faster, more efficient response to issues such as major storm damage, with staff able to dispatch crews based on resident reports and photos, while also gaining operational visibility and data trends to support budgeting and resource planning.
