How the Port of Seattle, WA, Modernized its Records Request Process with CivicPlus®

The Port of Seattle, WA was struggling to manage a broad volume of public records requests, from simple inquiries to complex multi-part cases. Its old process relied heavily on email, CDs, and flash drives, making response handling cumbersome.
