How the City of Corona, CA Conserved 4.4 Billion Gallons of Water with the Help of SeeClickFix

The City of Corona, CA faced the challenge of conserving water in drought-prone California while improving communication around water-related issues. After adopting CivicPlus’s SeeClickFix 311 CRM, the city used resident request reporting to help identify and track conservation and maintenance concerns.

CivicPlus implemented a citizen request management approach that enabled residents to report water, sewer, storm drain, and water quality issues. The result was measurable: from June 2015 through March 2018, the City of Corona conserved nearly 4.4 billion gallons of water and received 1,175 water-related resident requests, strengthening public engagement and water stewardship.
