Before adopting CivicPlus’s SeeClickFix 311 CRM, residents had to use a web form or call in, and county staff struggled to keep everyone updated and close the loop efficiently.
CivicPlus implemented the SeeClickFix 311 and citizen request management solution across multiple county departments, giving staff better tools to acknowledge, prioritize, and resolve requests. The result was nearly 29,000 requests submitted across 40+ categories and an 89% increase in citizen engagement, with annual service requests rising from about 7,750 to more than 14,600 in the second year.
