Grand Forks Library, ND Launches Revitalized Brand and Website

Grand Forks Library wanted to move beyond being seen as “just a library” and update its outdated website and branding to better reflect its role as a modern community hub. Using CivicPlus Municipal Websites software, the library needed a simpler content structure and more intuitive navigation so patrons could find information more easily.

CivicPlus helped Grand Forks Library migrate to a newer platform, redesign the site with custom branding, and provide hands-on training before launch. The new website improved usability with features like Agenda Center and online meeting room reservations, and the launch was seamless; the library also reported that CivicPlus was highly responsive and easy to work with, with a flawless switch completed in about 10 minutes.
