Elkhart, Indiana needed a community development technology solution that was easier to use, more flexible, and supported better by its vendor. The result was stronger collaboration, better visibility across departments, and faster permitting and review times, with construction starting sooner. In resident services, CivicPlus’ 311 CRM helped Elkhart handle 9,126 requests and resolve over 98% of them, while reducing phone call complaints and improving communication with constituents.
