County of Loudoun, VA Partners with CivicPlus for Engagement Strategy

The County of Loudoun, Virginia, one of the fastest-growing counties in the U.S., needed a better way to meet residents’ digital information needs while reducing calls, emails, and walk-in requests. It partnered with CivicPlus and its Municipal Websites CMS to improve website content management, navigation, security, and overall citizen engagement.

CivicPlus is leading the county’s website redesign through its data-driven Informed Build process, working with an internal team to assess user needs and refine content, functionality, and architecture. The result is expected to be a more intuitive, secure, state-of-the-art website, with easier content updates for non-technical staff and faster access to information for residents; Loudoun also reports strong uptime and responsive support from CivicPlus.
