Cherokee County’s Aquatic Center, part of the county’s Recreation and Parks Agency in growing Cherokee County, Georgia, needed a better way to help residents discover its offerings and manage high volumes of admissions, memberships, and swim lesson registrations. The county turned to CivicPlus Recreation Management Software to support point-of-sale transactions and registration needs.
CivicPlus implemented its Recreation Management software alongside the County’s new Recreation and Parks Agency website, making classes easier to find and register for online. The result was a more intuitive experience for staff and residents, with positive feedback from users and a smoother transition from the prior system without extensive training.
