CivicPlus provided Shreveport with an integrated, easy-to-use suite of tools that streamlined communications and proactively engaged citizens. The results included more efficient operations and new use cases for civic technology, such as using the CivicReady system to foster community dialogue on development projects. The CTO highlighted that CivicPlus's solutions and product roadmap, including a focus on IoT and interconnected data, are crucial for creating a more transparent, connected, and responsive city government.
