A CivicPlus Case Study
The City of Nashua, New Hampshire, needed to replace a patchwork of digital, function-specific applications with a single scalable system to manage community development work such as permits, complaints, violations, licensing, scheduling, and inspections. Nashua turned to CivicPlus and its Community Development solution to better support staff, residents, and businesses across departments.
CivicPlus implemented the Community Development software to streamline workflows and fit departmental needs, with most functionality working out of the box and some enhancements added during deployment. The result was easier adoption, online convenience for users, and the ability to keep operations running during the COVID-19 shutdowns, including virtual inspections and remote service delivery.
